Weightloss Bundle

This bundle includes Barberry Extract, Cinnamon Extract and Tulsi Extract. All three extracts that are my personal Go Tos for setting my body up with the proper health for it to stop holding onto unwanted weight.

The Barberry Extract will help to reduce sugar cravings and decrease appetite.

Cinnamon has been known to boost metabolism through thermogenics allowing it to increase the number of calories you burn while in a resting state and studies have shown that it may target belly fat in specific.

Tulsi helps by reducing you stress cortisol levels. When your body is in a state of constant fight or flight from stress it tends to hold onto unwanted weight. Reducing these levels should trigger your body to allow the weight to be dropped that it has been holding onto.

We also recommend taking these in conjunction with even slightly increased water intake, healthier eating choices and increased daily activity (walking/bicycle/etc)

ADULT USAGE: SHAKE GENTLY. Take 1 drop of each herb in a glass of water separately to test for allergies. Then take 7- 10 drops of each extract every 4-6 hours daily thereafter. Adjust dose accordingly for desired results and effectiveness
