I was hospitalized in April with pneumonia in both lungs. When I was discharged, I needed to do breathing treatments. I ordered Mullein and as my treatments have reduced, the mucus is easier to expel using 10 drops twice a day. It is now my go to for congestion!
I just tried 3 drops tod and a few days may add drop everyday. I take allergy drop from doctor and just want to be careful it will be ok.
This seemed to help me I was really sick with cough and congestion and I do believe it helped clear me up.

I have been looking into mullien tinctures for a while, but I was concerned about the quality or extra additives I found in many. My Papa is 77 years old and has been smoking since he was very young.
