ADULT USAGE: SHAKE GENTLY BEFORE USE. 

Heavy Metal Detox: (2 oz) For week 1 take 15 drops two times daily. For week 2 and on, take 30 drops two times daily in juice/water

Milk Thistle Seed Extract: (1 oz) Take 15 drops 2 times daily in juice/water
